Our necklaces (chains and pendants) are made of 304 and 316 stainless steel designed to minimize the risk of skin reactions. The gold plating is made of gold , a material also known to be hypoallergenic .

Yes, your necklace (support + switch) is waterproof , so you can keep it in the shower and for swimming, however too long exposure to bleach and sea water can damage it more quickly and tarnish its brilliance.

You can wash your support and switches with soapy water and wipe them with a soft cloth.

Yes absolutely, our switches are handmade , which explains why there may be slight differences between them, making each piece unique and singular.

If the model you ordered does not meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, you have the option of returning your AIMANTIK item or making an exchange. You can return it within 15 days of receipt as long as your model has not been worn. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
